Manufex’s Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Manufex (“we”, “our”, “us”).
Manufex is an Industrial IoT (IIoT) software platform that enables organizations to monitor, analyze, and optimize factory operations, machines, maintenance, quality, and production processes.
By accessing or using Manufex (web or mobile), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be authorized to act on behalf of your organization
- Use the platform only for lawful industrial and business purposes
3. Account & Access
- Accounts are created and managed by organization administrators
- You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials
- Unauthorized access or misuse must be reported immediately
- Manufex may suspend accounts for policy violations or security risks
4. Use of the Platform
You agree not to:
- Reverse-engineer or copy the platform
- Misuse data or access unauthorized machines or tenants
- Upload malicious code or false data
- Interfere with platform availability or security
You agree to use Manufex only for legitimate operational, monitoring, and analytical purposes.
5. Data & Integrations
- Manufex processes machine data, production data, maintenance logs, and user inputs
- You retain ownership of your operational data
- You grant Manufex permission to process data solely to provide services
- Third-party integrations (PLC, CNC, ERP, sensors) are subject to their own terms
6. Availability & Support
- Manufex aims for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service
- Scheduled maintenance and upgrades may cause temporary downtime
- Support is provided as per your subscription or service agreement
7. Intellectual Property
- Manufex, its UI, software, branding, and analytics models are owned by Manufex
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or resell any part without written consent
8. Limitation of Liability
Manufex is not liable for:
- Production losses
- Machine downtime caused by external factors
- Incorrect decisions based on user-entered or third-party data
The platform is provided “as is”.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
- These terms are violated
- Security risks are detected
- Legal or regulatory requirements demand it
Upon termination, access will be revoked, but your data can be exported as per agreement.
10. Changes to Terms
Manufex may update these Terms periodically. Continued use implies acceptance of updated terms.
